1. Information you give us

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and the type of service you are interested in. Please do not send sensitive information, such as Social Security or bank account numbers, through the form.

2. Information collected automatically

• Approximate location based on your IP address (country, state and city).
• Device and browser type, and screen size.
• Pages you visit, the website that referred you and campaign details in the link you clicked (such as utm tags and ad click identifiers from Google, Meta or Microsoft).
• Cookies and similar technologies: Google Analytics cookies, a Meta click cookie created when you arrive from a Meta ad, and your browser’s local storage, which we use to remember your language choice and how you first found us (for up to 90 days).

We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your request and prepare your estimate.
• To contact you by phone or email.
• To confirm your ZIP code and whether you are inside our service area.
• To understand which pages and ads bring us customers and to improve this website.
• To prevent spam and abuse, comply with the law and protect our rights.

4. Phone calls and text messages

We use the phone number you give us only to call you about your estimate and your project. We do not send marketing or automated text messages from this website. If you text us first, we reply only in that conversation.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that act on our behalf, such as website hosting and security (Cloudflare), analytics (Google), the tools we use to receive and manage estimate requests, and a ZIP code verification service (which receives only the ZIP code). If we advertise on platforms such as Google or Meta, they may receive ad click identifiers to measure the results of our ads. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our customers or our business, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will keep working. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits with Google’s browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

7. How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and related messages for as long as needed to respond, provide our services and maintain business and tax records, and then delete or anonymize them. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No method is 100% secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law.

9. Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. We will confirm your identity and respond within a reasonable time. Residents of some states may have additional rights under their state laws, which we will honor where they apply.

Links to other websites, such as social networks, are governed by their own privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and important changes will be posted on this page.

13. Languages

This policy is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish. If there is any difference between versions, the English version prevails.
